Blending classical Indian heritage with modern arrangements, Lovestruck features an authentic acoustic palette driven by the interplay of sitar, tabla, harmonium, violin, and guitar. Each verse pulses with the raw emotions of longing and devotion, offering an intimate listening experience reminiscent of a whispered confession.
Produced by Sheeba Lateef and directed by Altamash Abbas, the album brings together an extraordinary lineup of iconic playback singers and ghazal maestros. Lovestruck showcases pristine vocals from Talat Aziz, Anup Jalota, Shaan, Mahalakshmi Iyer, Shahid Mallya, Jaspinder Narula, Jaswinder Singh, Prithvi Gandharv, and Niti D Jain.
The rich, contemporary-traditional compositions are arranged by Prem Murti, bringing to life poignant poetry written by Kashif Raza, Sheeba Lateef, Altamash Abbas, and Faraz Faani.
