Where Ideas Begin
Every project has a starting point, and more often than not, it doesn’t look glamorous. It looks exactly like this—a table filled with sheets of paper, scattered notes, quick sketches, unfinished thoughts, and a group of curious minds trying to solve a problem together.
At The Kre8 Studio, we believe great design is not born from software alone. It begins with conversations, observations, questions, and the willingness to explore countless possibilities before arriving at the right solution. These moments of brainstorming, planning, and collaboration form the foundation of everything we create.
1. You have just graduated, a time when most people are looking for stable jobs. What motivated you to take the risk and start your own agency, The Kre8 Studio?
Tabish: While many graduates choose to pursue stable jobs after completing their studies, we were motivated to start The Kre8 Studio because we had confidence in our collective abilities and a shared vision for building something of our own. Each of us brought experience and expertise from our respective fields, which gave us the foundation to take on new challenges and create value through our work.
Keshav: What gave us the confidence to take this step was the strong compatibility within our team. We complement one another’s strengths, and our diverse skill sets allow us to approach projects from multiple perspectives. At the same time, we maintain an open and collaborative mindset, ensuring that ideas are discussed constructively and decisions are made collectively. This balance helps us overcome challenges efficiently and deliver high-quality results.
Shambhavi: Rather than viewing entrepreneurship as a risk, we saw it as an opportunity to leverage our combined experience, creativity, and teamwork to build a sustainable and impactful agency.

2. The digital marketing industry is highly competitive. As a team of fresh, young graduates, how does The Kre8 Studio stand out from the older, more established players in the market?
Shambhavi: The digital marketing industry is undoubtedly competitive, but we believe our strength lies in our approach rather than our age or years in the market. At The Kre8 Studio, our focus is not solely on establishing ourselves as another agency, we are committed to building a community that grows alongside us. We actively seek to connect with like-minded professionals, creators, businesses, and innovators, creating an ecosystem where knowledge, opportunities, and experiences can be shared for mutual growth.
Tabish: This community-driven mindset allows us to continuously expand our horizons and gain insights from diverse perspectives. As young professionals, we are naturally adaptable and eager to learn, which helps us stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors.
Keshav: By combining collaboration, continuous learning, and fresh creativity, we are able to deliver innovative solutions while remaining relevant in an ever-evolving digital landscape. We see our ability to learn, evolve, and grow with others as one of our greatest competitive advantages.
Tabish: By combining our generational insights with data-driven decision-making, we help brands communicate in a way that feels genuine and engaging. This enables our clients to foster stronger connections with both Millennials and Gen Z consumers, ensuring their messaging remains relevant in an increasingly dynamic digital landscape.
5. What has been The Kre8 Studio's most memorable moment or first major client breakthrough so far, and how did it boost your team's confidence?
Shambhavi: One of the most memorable aspects of our journey at The Kre8 Studio has not been a single project or client milestone, but the collaborative energy we experience every time we come together to brainstorm and create. Whenever we begin working on new ideas, we become completely immersed in the process.
Tabish: External distractions fade away, and our entire focus shifts toward finding innovative solutions and delivering meaningful results. What makes these moments particularly rewarding is the dynamic way our team works together. Every member contributes unique perspectives, challenges ideas constructively, and builds upon one another’s strengths. This creates an environment where creativity thrives and everyone feels empowered to take ownership of their work. As a result, there is very little room for hesitation or regret because decisions are made with confidence, collective input, and a shared commitment to excellence.
Keshav: These experiences have significantly strengthened our confidence as a team. They have reinforced our belief that when talented individuals collaborate with trust, openness, and a common vision, they can consistently produce impactful outcomes and overcome challenges effectively.

6. Have you ever faced skepticism from clients who thought you were 'too young' or lacked experience? If so, how did you handle it and win their trust?
Tabish: Yes, we have encountered skepticism, and in many cases, it is one of the first challenges we face when meeting potential clients. Being a young team often leads people to question our level of experience or whether we can deliver results comparable to more established agencies.
Shambhavi: However, rather than viewing this as a disadvantage, we see it as an opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities. We have learned that trust is not earned through claims alone it is built through evidence, consistency, and results. Whenever questions arise, we focus on presenting our work, sharing our process, and showcasing the value we have delivered through previous projects.
Keshav: By letting our results speak for themselves, we are able to shift the conversation from our age to the quality of our work. Interestingly, this skepticism has become a source of motivation for us. It constantly pushes us to improve, exceed expectations, and prove that expertise is not defined solely by years of experience, but by the dedication, creativity, and results a team brings to the table.
7. Where do you see The Kre8 Studio five years from now? Are there any specific industries or niche marketing services you want to dominate?
Keshav: Five years from now, we envision The Kre8 Studio as much more than a marketing agency. While many businesses today are focused on competing for market share and chasing predefined milestones, our vision is centered on building a platform and community that empowers individuals, brands, and creators to showcase the unique value they bring to the table.
Tabish: Rather than limiting ourselves to a specific industry or defining success solely through growth metrics, we aim to remain adaptable, curious, and open to continuous learning. The digital landscape evolves rapidly, and we believe that long-term success comes from embracing change, exploring new opportunities, and constantly expanding our knowledge and capabilities. Our goal is to create an ecosystem where creativity, collaboration, and innovation thrive.
Shambhavi: We want The Kre8 Studio to be recognized as an effective and supportive community for people who create, innovate, and inspire. By fostering meaningful connections and encouraging collective growth, we hope to build an organization that not only delivers exceptional work but also contributes positively to the growth and development of those who are part of our journey.
